Meeting Rooms can be reserved for as little as 30 minutes or up to a full day. Reservations of 4 hours or more receive a 25% discount. Choose a room size that perfectly fits your meeting needs and is in a convenient location for your coworkers or customers.

How do I rent a meeting room?
Reservations can be made by calling 952-217-5825 during business hours or clicking "Reserve A Room" above. Our meeting rooms can be reserved for as little as 30 minutes and up to a full day. We welcome day-of reservations, but reserving in advance ensures you'll receive the room size and technology of your choice.

How much does it cost to rent a meeting room?
Prices vary by room size; meeting rooms range from 1-10 people. Reservations for four hours or more are always 25% off the hourly rate. And all meetings scheduled during evenings (after 5:00 PM) and weekends receive our 50% happy hour discount.

What is the cancellation policy for meeting rooms?
To cancel a reservation, call 952-217-5825 before 5:00 PM the night before the scheduled meeting time to receive a full refund in the form of meeting room credits, which can be applied toward a future reservation up to 90 days after the date of the cancelled meeting. Day-of reservations are non-refundable.

Using the Space

Do I need to be a member to reserve a meeting room?
Membership is not required to reserve a meeting room. However, members receive a 50% discount off the hourly rate. To receive the discounted member rate, you must be present at the meeting or remain in the open coworking space while the meeting is occurring.

Can I stay and work out of the coworking space after my meeting?
We always welcome people to stay and be productive. If you plan stay for more than 30 minutes, and are not a member with workdays, we ask that you purchase a day pass or reserve a room.

Can I bring guests?
Yes. For all meeting room reservations, you are welcome to bring as many guests as your room capacity allows. Guests are not required to pay to attend the meeting, but we ask that they check in at the front desk prior to your meeting.

Payment Options

What are my payment options for meeting rooms?
We accept all major credit cards and also accept payments via automated withdrawals from bank accounts. You may charge to a personal or corporate account. For members, we can use the payment method you have on file with us. Guests can keep a payment method on file for their convenience if desired.

Will I receive a receipt or confirmation of my reservation?
Yes. When a reservation is made, a confirmation email with a receipt attached is sent to the email address linked with your account (and/or any additional email address you specify). Payment is required to make the reservation.

Technology / Amenities

Will I be able to print?
Members have direct access to our secure printer via their RFID card, making it easy to copy, scan, and print page sizes up to 11”x17”. Guests will need concierge assistance to print and will be charged standard printing rates in addition to a small service fee.

May I drink the coffee? May my guests?
Yes, we provide complimentary Dunn Brother’s coffee in our breakroom! If you would like a carafe of coffee for your meeting, please speak with the front desk and we would be happy to arrange it for a small fee.

Do my guests or I need to pay for parking?
No, parking is free at all of our locations.

Do your meeting rooms have video conference capabilities?
Yes, all of our meeting rooms which have a capacity of 4 people or greater come with high-definition TV displays which can be connected to a computer or mobile device via an HDMI cable, which we provide along with a number of adpaters and converters for other video output types. The HDMI cable along with power outlets are conveniently located in the center of our meeting room tables. We do not, however, provide computers for meetings.

How does the internet work?
Access to our secure, high-speed Wi-Fi is included with any reservation via our Guest Network. Members receive indivdualized connections with enterprise-grade security and their own personalized password. Wired ethernet connections are also available in many of our meeting rooms.
