At The Reserve we care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our entire Community of members, staff, and guests. We are here for you, our community, and are committed to helping businesses and professionals thrive.

HEALTH SCREENING AND SAFETY

One of the pillars to safely running our space is health screening all who enter. We require everyone to comply with the following:

  • Masks are required upon entry and in all common spaces
  • Temperatures taken upon arrival each day to ensure temperature is below 100.4 degrees
  • All are offered hand sanitizer or the opportunity to wash their hands upon entry
  • Sanitization stations are throughout the space

Anyone not passing this health screening or showing signs of illness will be refused entry. Per the CDC, these actions will bring an added layer of safety for our members, staff, and the public.

SANITIZATION

Our daily cleaning measures have been and will continue to be heightened. Our focus is on frequently touched surfaces like doors, handles, bathrooms, and appliances. These common areas are sanitized multiple times throughout the business day with CDC approved products.

Meeting Rooms and all items within are sanitized after each use. Individual coworking stations are cleaned daily and users may also disinfect to their level of comfort.

The health and safety of our community depends on all of us doing our part. Sanitizing spray is available to self-clean surfaces that you have used or touched. Where possible, we have moved to touchless or low-touch interactions. We stock single-use products in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Following the CDC’s guidelines on social distancing, we have made the following accommodations to ensure a healthy, safe space for members, guests and staff:

  • We have implemented a capacity protocol throughout each space.
  • The capacity of our entrance vestibules is limited to one person or one party of no more than two, if related.
  • Our coworking workstations all have 20” partitions on two or three sides, or plexiglass dividers separating them. For more open coworking spaces we indicate with signs which spaces (six feet or more apart) are open and allow for you to work safely in your designated spot.
  • We have added social distancing 6 ft. markers throughout the space to act as a reminder and cue in common spaces such as the business center and kitchen.
  • We have reduced the capacity of our meeting rooms to accommodate social distancing guidelines. When rooms are available, free upgrades will be given for groups at capacity.

EVENTS

The Reserve is founded on the spirit of a collaborative community of business owners who network, listen, and lean on each other. We are an invaluable resource for each other. The spirit of what we do has not changed, just the “how” we do it looks different. Watch the community newsletter, EventBrite posts at thereservemn.eventbrite.com, and the community board for planned events. In-person gatherings will be allowed per local government guidelines.

In support of our neighbors and local businesses, we are continuing events like Takeout Tuesdays to show our commitment to local restaurants and encourage deliveries.
