Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Workday?
A workday is defined as a weekday between the hours of 7 AM and 3 PM. If a member checks in during this time period, it counts as a workday. The number of workdays granted per month varies by membership plan, but all members have unlimited access after 3 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

Can I bring guests with me?
Members are welcome to meet with a guest at a two-person table in the Coworking Space. The guest is not permitted to work independently without purchasing a Day Pass. If a member wishes to meet with more than one guest, he or she can reserve a meeting room.

Can I leave and come back in the same day?
Yes of course, and this would only count as one workday.

Can I make changes to my membership plan anytime?
You can make changes to your membership plan by talking to a Member Services Manager. Upgrades can take effect immediately if desired (a prorated charge may apply) while downgrades require a 1-month notice.

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
We require a 1-month notice for cancellations. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month, so if you were to cancel on June 1st, June 15th, or June 30th, your final bill would be July 1st and your last day of membership would be July 31st. You can see a Member Services Manager to change your membership status.

Can I place my membership on hold?
Yes, a membership can be placed on hold for up to four months with a 1-month notice. This allows you to avoid the set-up fee when resuming your membership. Talk to a Concierge to place your membership on hold.

Do all memberships begin on the first of the month?
You may start your membership at any time during the month. Your monthly membership fee will be prorated based on commencement.

Can I have my mail sent to The Reserve? What would my mailing address be?
Yes, you may set up a mail box at The Reserve. Mail service is included with any dedicated office space or for $25/month as an add-on service. We also offer a Virtual Membership that includes both a locked mailbox, mail service and a professional mailing address. Your company’s address will be the address of The Reserve location of your primary membership and a corresponding suite number.

What hours is The Reserve building open?
All members have access 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM via secure RFID. The Reserve Member Services Managers are on-site to assist you from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during weekdays. Public users may access the building during this time.

Where is The Reserve located?
Our current location is: 4940 West 77th Street, Edina, MN 55435. We will be open at 724 Bielenberg Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125 in early 2017 and are coming soon to a neighborhood near you.

What do I do if I want a tour?
No need to make an appointment, just drop in between 8am and 5pm any weekday. If you want to set up a specific time, feel free to give us a call at 952-217-5825.

What are my payment options?
We welcome ACH (auto withdrawal) or credit card payments. Please note that credit card payments may be subject to an additional processing fee.
